Spirits Gold Special is a bottling monoblock based on a linear system that allows quick and flexible bottle format changes, ready to be combined with an external labeler.

Details

Spirits Gold Special is a monoblock machine that ensures excellent filling of any liquid while maintaining the product's unique qualities. The double lung system avoids product waste during filling and protects against the risk of alcoholic vapors. The conveyor belt uses plates for handling the bottles, so it is quick and easy to replace them for format changes. Compared to the Gold version, the Special is equipped with a Pick & Place System to integrate it with external labelers.

The monoblock is designed to ensure excellent filling with its essential functions included in the model. Moreover, it is possible to add "Plus functions" to widen the machine's potential, some in the order phase, others even when the device is already installed.
