Oil Gold is the Quinti monoblock designed for oil that offers excellent performance in a small size. The filling is designed to keep the organoleptic qualities of the oil unaltered, also avoiding any waste.

Details

Oil Gold is a flexible and practical monoblock, easy to manage by a single operator for all filling phases. For a quick and painless format change, you can replace the bottle holder plates on the conveyor belt in a few minutes. The peculiar technologies used in Oil Gold ensure a filling without wasting oil, thanks to the anti-drip technology and the automatic recovery system, and without organoleptic alterations.

An optional tank is used to ensure linear and constant filling. Useful in case the product storage tank exerts excessive pressure.

P&P bottle transfer

A system picks up the bottles from the belt at the end of the line and places them where required.
