Information

Quinti machines are designed to protect the organoleptic properties of the olive oil, avoiding waste during filling and producing an excellent finished bottle simultaneously.

The bottling machines designed for olive oil use electro-pneumatic nozzles for vacuum filling. The devices are also equipped with an anti-drip system and with AOX technology for deaerating and blowing inert gas into the bottle before filling.

Quinti machines can be equipped with additional components and features that help make production more efficient and products even more exclusive.

P&P bottle transfer
A system picks up the bottles from the belt at the end of the line and places them where required.
Automatic Product Unloading
It allow the discharge of level wastewater in both automatic and manual mode at the customer's choise.
Unloading Area
The unloading area is a bottle accumulation table that, together with the loading area, allows the operator to manage the entire machinery and not just part of the process.
Bottle Phasing system
Phase the bottle before applying the label to prevent it from being affixed to the glass welds. Useful to ensure a consistent final result and quality packaging.
Flavors Doser
System based on Quinti FLIS (Flavored Liquid Injection System) technology that allows flavors to be injected into the bottle via a peristaltic pump, the quantity of which can be set via touchscreen.  As soon as the filling phase has been completed, with the main nozzles raised, a special nozzle comes out of the machine bulkhead and injects a dose of aromatic liquid. This system allows not to contaminate the filling line.
AOX
The electro-pneumatic nozzles with AOX technology protect the product from oxidation before filling. Note: Installable during order only.
Second Bottle Phasing system
Phase the bottle before applying the label to prevent it from being affixed to the glass welds. Useful to ensure a consistent final result and quality packaging.
Inkjet Printer
The inkjet printer is designed for horizontal print areas, and it is versatile enough for adding more texts than the date and production lot. Upon request, the printer can be installed for vertical printing.
Round Neck labeler
A machine that is designed for self-adhesive labels to be applied around the bottleneck.
Additional bottle format change
Manage additional bottle formats with a new set of conveyor belt plates.
Remote control
They allow you to manage the machine from a tablet or smartphone via the network connection present in the machine.
Remote assistance
A technology that allows you to reach the machine remotely for assistance. With an annual fee after the first year of purchase.
Industry 4.0
The machine comes equipped with technologies that allow it to dialogue with the customer's management systems.
HD LED light
HD LED light efficiently illuminates the filling and capping area with low consumption. Note: Installable during order only.
Remoted switch
The remoted switch offers the possibility of starting or stopping the machine cycle from the general electrical panel.
IFS protections
Protective materials are installed on the machine to ensure that the bottles are shielded from external agents until the capping phase. Note: Installable during order only.
Automatic end of product detection system
A technology stops every machine operation when there is no more olive oil to process.
