Details

Oil Silver is a complete line that can also be managed by a single operator, who can follow all the phases personally, from the empty bottle to the product ready for market. The peculiar technologies used in the Oil Silver ensure a filling without any waste of olive oil and organoleptic alterations. The machine can't be equipped with an automatic blow molding machine, or loading area.

The machine comes equipped with technologies that allow it to dialogue with the customer's management systems.

Draft tank

An optional tank is used to ensure linear and constant filling. Useful in case the product storage tank exerts excessive pressure.

HD LED light

HD LED light efficiently illuminates the filling and capping area with low consumption. Note: Installable during order only.

Remoted switch

The remoted switch offers the possibility of starting or stopping the machine cycle from the general electrical panel.

IFS protections

Protective materials are installed on the machine to ensure that the bottles are shielded from external agents until the capping phase. Note: Installable during order only.

Automatic end of product detection system

A technology stops every machine operation when there is no more olive oil to process.
